DiDi announces an initial investment of RMB100 million to build a call center

Shangrao, 2017.11.29

Cheng Wei, founder and CEO of Didi Chuxing, announced that DiDi and the city of Shangrao in Jiangxi province have reached a strategic partnership to promote the development of three key sectors—information, Internet and new energy—in the city.

As an initial step, DiDi will invest RMB100 million to build a large-scale, high-tech call center for thousands of operators. DiDi will also build a Total Process Control Center (TPCC) within the center, known as “the brain” of DiDi’s customer service operations. It is designed to provide real-time alerts and digitalized resource coordination to ensure more efficient problem-solving.
